Introducing a 4-Week New You Program

Being a busy stressed out mom, struggling with my mental health. I don’t always have time to make it to the gym. I have learned the importance of self-care and taking care, but it is being able to do it.

This program is specifically designed for those people who need to gain back control. The people who want the knowledge and understanding of when to eat, how to eat, and what to eat.  With the added bonus of an at home workout program that has been specifically designed by a Personal Trainer.

By providing you with the base of Sports Nutrition, and the fully adaptable workout program. You can feel confident that you will be able to successfully continue well after the 4 weeks are completed.



Learning about nutrition is never easy. It can be frustrating at the best of times.

How much to eat is the biggest question. This program provides you with all of the proper calculations to do it yourself. This will allow you to continually readjust as you loose weight. Most apps that you use significantly reduce your calories, which can be detrimental to your end goals.

Also included, is a 4-week guide on improving your overall mood, digestive system, and your metabolism. It isn’t always about the calories. I often teach people not to follow a calorie counting diet. However, When you are first starting out it is crutial to know what the proper amount of food looks like. I assure you after the 4 week program you will have a great understanding of what your daily caloric intake will look like.


We totally get the busy and stressed out lifestyle, that leaves you 20-30 mintues to do a workout without leaving the house.

There are so many different workout program, and dance routines that you can do at home. Most of the time I feel completely awkward and never really feel like I did accomplish much. I never knew if I was doing the things correctly, and punching the air doesn’t seem to accomplish much.

This program includes a 4-Week at home workout plan that has been designed by a Certified Personal Trainer. How cool is that? It is designed so you are able to adjust yourself for beginners or more advanced.

Hi There, I’m Jenna. I’m a Registered Holistic Nutritionist.

I am a busy mom of 2 boys and has always been a very athletic person. Growing up being activily involved with all sports, you would often find me in the schools gyms.

With having a strong background in sports and athletics, I knew I wanted to provide something to those who are also busy and wants to maximize their time.

Fitness and Nutrition has always been a strong passion for myself. Later in my adulthood I decided to go back to school and become a Registered Holistic Nutritionist.
