Does it Really get any Easier?
Hello there my beautiful fellow Moms. How are you all holding on today? Barley you say! Fantastic, I was once there with you. But I am here to tell you that the pretty sparkling unicorn fairyland that the media has made motherhood out to be, is well just that, a fairyland.
Sometimes I even get the weird look from Moms when I say I’m a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, like as if I had 3 heads or something. No, my children don’t eat grass. Yes, my children still eat junk food. I still like things to be super easy and convenient.
Now, What if…
Let’s add a real kicker to the story. Say you have a child who struggles with their mental health, such as anxiety, depression or ADHD etc. Its really no wonder in today’s society that most of the kids struggle with some form of mental health. Even if it is very mild. I have a son who struggles with general anxiety almost every day. Now, it’s not severe, and we have grown a lot over the last couple of years. But sometimes its still there.
I struggled with an undiagnosed Mental Health Disease for the majority of my childhood, which wasn’t addressed until early-twenties. Because of that, I had a lot of anger, rage, frustration, sadness. All the things that I didn’t understand or know how to properly express. I just got labeled as the *Witchy Kid* if you know what I mean.
We have now taken our Mom Load and doubled up on the sugar, spice and everything NOT nice. Being a Mom is well… Hard. But then to add a child who struggles in any way whether that is mentally or physically, make its that much harder. We often forget about our self-care and put ourselves on the back burner. This is how we get burnt out, overrun, moody, and struggle from our own Mental Health issues.
Being a busy mom myself who struggled with my own Mental Health. Plus having a son who often struggles with anxiety, left me often wondering. Wondering why there wasn’t more help out there. Why did I have to get to the very end of my rope before I found the help I needed? It was then that I was introduced to Holistic Nutrition and Essential Oils. Where my Story Truly Begins.
How Can I Support my Child, while Supporting Myself?
When I first started my business, I wanted to help EVERYONE. Everyone who had any sort of mental health issues. Then I moved on to any Women and Children. After a year in Business, I have now relaunched my business. I am here to help children who struggle with Mental Health, but at the same time supporting the busy overrun Moms.
I’m here to show you how you can still have the super easy convenient lunch but without all the additives, chemical, and sugars. To help you around the grocery store, and show you the brands that I know and trust. Helping you through a guided Meditation, so that you can wake up feeling like a Million dollars and can take on the world again. To teach your Child Yoga, so they can help better manage their stress and emotions.
